In dieser wunderschönen semi-tropischen Umgebung in der schönsten Zeit des Jahres, bekommst Du die Gelegenheit in der Natur mit Hilfe von magischen Kristall Klängen und Blüten-Essenzen die Tore zur Göttlichen Seele weit zu öffnen um eine Wiedergeburt zu erleben die Dein ganzes Leben positiv verändern wird. Du kommst Dir näher und erkennst Deinen Lebensweg!


In this beautiful semi-tropical area, in the most beautiful time of the year here, you will get a chance through nature, the magical crystal sound and flower essences to open the gate to the divine soul to experience a rebirth changing your life in the most positive and powerful way you can imagine and enable you to reconnect to the Divne soul and recognize your true life’s journey!



Wir beginnen am Morgen mit einem frisch gepressten Saft (von Ananas die hier wachsen) vor dem Nada Yoga, einem wunderbaren Kristall Klangbad, QiGong und Kirtana singen mit Katharina.

Danach gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück mit saisongerechten Früchten und ein selbst zusammen gestelltes Müesli mit hausgemachtem Yoghurt.


Im Laufe des Tages wird Katharina die subtilen Energien der Blüten-Essenzen vorstellen, die den Weg zur Seele ebnen. Was sind Blüten-Essenzen? Wie wirken sie auf Körper, Seele und Geist? Diese Fragen werden im Verlaufe der Woche nicht nur beantwortet, sondern vertieft mit verschiedenen Übungen und Meditationen.


Wir werden keinen sturen “Fahrplan” einhalten, damit jeder Teilnehmer so viel als möglich von jeder Übung und Meditation für sich mitnehmen und in sein Leben integrieren kann


We start in the morning with a fresh pressed pineapple juice before the Nada Yoga session, a crystal sound bath, Sound Qi Gong and chanting Kirtan with Katharina.

After this we enjoy a delicious breakfast with lots of fruits and if you like you can make your own muesli with home made yoghurt.


Then Katharina will introduce the subtile power of flower essences and how they open the gate of the soul. What are flower essences? How do they work?  What is their influence on body, soul and spirit?

These questions and many more will be answered in this week and deepened with different exercise and meditation techniques.


We won’t have a strict time table to enable each participant to get the most out of every experience.



Dazwischen gibt es ein vegetarisches Mittagessen mit frischem Salat und feinen Thai Spezialitäten/Curries und Zeit um auszuruhen, den grossen Garten oder eine Massage zu geniessen.

Gegen Abend nochmals Nada Yoga und ein einfaches Nachtessen, einmal eine Grillparty am See, Night Bazar in Chiang Rai und vieles mehr…


Im Laufe der Woche werden alle Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit bekommen eigene Blüten Essenzen herzustellen, und auch mit der Gruppe zu teilen.


Die ideale Kombination von Natur, Blüten Essenzen und dem magischen Klang von den Singing Crystal Bowls ermöglicht ein magisches Zusammenspiel von positiven Kräften und Heilenergien, die eine andauernde, harmonische Verbindung der subtilen Körper bewirkt und das Leben dementsprechend positiv verändert.


At noon we enjoy an organic lunch with fresh salad and delicious Thai food and curries followed by a break to enjoy nature or a soothing massage


In the early evening we have another Nada Yoga session and later a simple supper, one day a grill party at the lake, Night bazaar stroll in Chiang Rai etc.


During this week each participant will be able to make flower essences to take home and share with the group!


The ideal combination of nature, flower essences and the sound of the magical singing crystal bowls will enable a harmonious interactions of the positive energies influening the subtle bodies and positively change life of each participant.
