Most people are eating every day some food to satisfy their physical need and feeling of being hungry, but often it’s not really the right food to covers the needs of a person.

Some decades ago, the food was still prepared fresh and the vegetables and other ingredients have been quite natural and not genetic engineered, full of chemical fertilizer, pesticides, hormones and other things we might not even know that they are there.
If you live in a city it’s its easy to find tasty food, but not so easy to find good and healthy food.

We don’t need only food for the body, but also for our soul, emotional and mind body and spirit. Most people forget about this and still constantely “eat” all the impressions of a busy world that showers us with sound and colors, with activities and all kind of energies, electro-smog, Wifi around us.

In this workshop we first look at ALL the food that we ingest daily, not only the physical food! We analyze and experience consciously certain dishes that we can eat but also the sounds etc. which surround us in our daily life to figure out how we can stay healthy and happy!
We need food for our senses to be happy and healthy part of it is sunlight and darkness in a balanced way! It is important to be aware of all the thing that we are bombarded with on a daily base and balance it.
The life expectancy is changing very much for the generations in the middle ages and younger. Since the bodies of their parents were not nourished so well anymore and they are constantly exposed to a lot of damaging energies on all level, many are dying younger.

But two, three or four generations from now, the sperm that you chose to combine with your own eggs may turn out to be a ticking genetic time bomb that ends your family line forever through DNA mutations leading to disease and infertility.
This is of course only the physical aspect, but I think we should pay attention and learn again how to nourish ourselves healthy on ALL levels - be good to our most precious thing we have here to live our life: our body.
