Mandalas

To paint a Mandala is one of the most fascinating things you can do with colors! A Mandala has it’s own life and expression and can be read and understood as a language of the soul. 

In this retreat you will be prepared by the magical crystal sound with specific meditations to express parts of your soul so you can understand this magnificent tool of Mandala painting better. Beside creating your personal Logo you will paint your unique   meditations mandala .

Flower Essences

twice a day we enjoy a Nada Yoga Sound session with the famous crystal bowls, use chanting, sound Qi Gong and drumming to awaken all the senses and open up for our intuition. Then you will be introduced the subtle energy of flower essences and discover the powerful healing of Bach- and other Flower Essences. We explore the power of these subtle healing essences within a fascinating role-play. During this workshop you learn all about how to work with flower essences and even how to make your own essences! We have created already ~ 20 Flower Essences from flowers here and they are powerful beyond our normal imagination. The flower essences are that we make these days have a different energies than the older ones.

Family Constellations

Systemic Family Constellations are designed for individuals and couples interested in clearing entanglements in their life and to live the own and full potential of their lives. It can help to find the root cause of the conflicts, fears and health problems and resolve them. When the reason of the problem is brought to light we don’t have to repeat the fate of our ancestors! Through acknowledging what was, we start to live our personal live.

Butterfly Journey

the transformation of the caterpillar to the butterfly is one of the most symbolic topic for this time. Getting prepared for the new paradigm, we have to shed the old skins and learn to live in a different world. This is a world where we understand that what ever we do has an impact on every thing that is and eventually all we do is between us and the Divine. To be able to understand and realize this, we have to find the old and stuck programs and delete them. With meditations, breathing and other techniques we live the journey of the butterfly and each participant will be able to emerge from the cocoon. This changes the whole perspective of life, it is the best comparison for the life in the old, fear-based “matrix” and the rebirth of who you truly are!

There are two retreat, one for women and one for men. Since often the Kundalini energy is rising, which needs different preparation for women and men, its easier to do it separate.

The NEW workshop is ready: 

the healing energies of color are very powerful and international. As a Reiki Master Katharina has developed an easy and powerful Reiki Healing method with the sound of the colors... this one week retreat will bring you the understanding of frequency of the color and sound, they are a different frequency level and vice versa. It is very a effective and easy way of Healing and every one can learn it.

Since at the Soma Center I offer mostly one week workshops, this retreat will bring you up to the Master level, to the final initiation and energy transmission to enable you to work with it freely, no need for further workshops.

You will be trained in depth of understanding how illness starts in the emotional body and at a certain point “falls” into the physical as a symptom. We can balance from the level of the emotional body and heal with sound and color.

This is not a new way, but brought back into the world, color healing was known in ancient cultures and is one of the oldest ways of healing! Rediscover the Power of Colors on all levels!

It’s a joyful, fun and very effective Reiki for both, the client and the therapist.

Symbols on the way Home

In Greek language “symbalein” means “putting together” and the word “diabalein” means “tearing apart”. Here we can easily recognize the root from “Diabolo” and “Devil”! If the “tearing apart” was our  fall into the darkness, the “symbols” show the way back home to the light, how we put things together again and becoming whole.
In this workshop we learn to recognize the symbols again to remember who we are and find the way home. We don’t have to be lost, knowledge is power! This knowledge has not been taught and most of the symbols were distorted and replaces by signs. A sign is something that we give a meaning, a symbol has a meaning by itself, like for example symbols in dreams that are worldwide the same, no matter what language people speak!

Food for Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit

“You are what you eat” is one very famous saying! Many people don't’ think much about what they put into their body and trust the food industry to give them what they need. Unfortunately, we can’t trust them and the food we often buy is not very good for our body because it contains poison like MSG, Borax, Aspartame etc., substances that are not beneficial for our body.

In this workshop we learn to understand how to feed ourselves on all levels! It’s not only about physical food preparation, we also look at the emotional, spiritual and mental food, and learn to discriminate what is healthy for a happy and fulfilling life - and of course, I will teach you some of my delicious recipes.
